Organized by Iconic Events, this second iteration represents a massive evolutionary leap for the sport, officially transforming the scene from a stagnant year for kitesurfing that was 2025 into an institutionalized battleground that goes down on June 1st and culminates on the 6th.

The return to the beaches of the K. Dhiffushi generates a “legacy build” for the island’s history as well as for the homegrown kitesurfing that already exists, incentivizing a development for the future. 

• The Legacy Jersey System: With a clear cut move towards structural continuity, Raaraa Pro is introducing a permanent registration number system. Veteran riders from the inaugural edition will retain their original numbers, while new entrants are integrated sequentially. This roster is heavily stacked with division heavyweights, featuring the reigning champion Hassan “Hantey” Mahir (#1), previous runner-up Raaif Shaneez (Raaippe), and Mamnoon Niyaz (Mannu), who is making a highly anticipated return from injury hiatus to defend their legacy.

The Shaviyani Funadhoo Kitesurfing Team has also arrived to this ensemble with their own assembly with the hopes of restoring their spot as a fierce force after quite some time on the competitive sphere.
